Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time
Standard delivery takes 6–12 business days after your order has been processed. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier delays.

Please note that during peak seasons and public holidays, delivery may take longer than usual. We appreciate your patience — we'll do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you can track it anytime using the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after dispatch.
